  • Dr. Jason Theobald, D.C.

    Education, Certification & Techniques:

    University of Wisconsin La Crosse -Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry Minor, Pre-Chiro. Emphasis - 1998 Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA)- Doctor of Chiropractic - March 2002

    Techniques: 

    Palmer-package: Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Impulse Adjuster techniques to spinal and extremity adjusting; Therapeutic modalities (electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cryotherapy, etc.); Active/passive physiotherapy (exercises, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, etc.)

    Background:

    Growing up in a medically-based family, Dr. Jason felt driven to pursue the health field. After suffering a significant shoulder injury playing college baseball, Dr. Jason had reconstructive surgery and comprehensive rehabilitation, which led to the introduction of chiropractic care.

    Personal Mission:

    'The many options patients have to approaching their own healthcare and treatment of conditions and ailments are infinite. My mission is to help as many people as I can by empowering them to confidently choose the strategies that most resonate with them to achieve their health goals in a timely, affordable, structured, and abundantly effective ways. And, hey, why can't we have some fun in the process?'

    Personal Hobbies & Interests:

    Dr. Jason is married to Torie and together, they have 3 children. The couple takes pride in helping them experience the world in an active, healthy, athletic, and energetic way. He also enjoys home projects, golfing, movies, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Dr. Andy Gudenschwager, D.C.

    Education, Certification & Techniques:

    University of Wisconsin- Platteville – Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2007
    Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA) – Doctor of Chiropractic in 2012

    Practiced in Mauston, WI from August 2012 to May 2014

    Techniques:

    Background:

    Dr. Andy played a lot of football, basketball, hockey and baseball. Throughout high school and into his college education, he began having severe lower back pain. Through chiropractic care he was able to function again. He wanted to get into a health profession that concentrated on more of our innate intelligence. After his experience and being able to function without over the counter pain meds, he wanted to pursue a career in chiropractic. Our body's natural ability to heal itself is amazing.

    Personal Mission:

    'My personal mission is to deliver the best quality chiropractic care. I educate my patients to the fullest so they have an understanding on Chiropractic and its role in health and wellness.'

    Personal Hobbies & Interests:

    Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Andy love sports. He likes to go to the gym, watch the Brewers, Bucks, Packers, Badgers. (And Jump around!) He loves to spend time with family and friends, campfires, and a good laugh!

  • DR. JARED RADERMACHER, D.C

    Viterbo University - Business Management - 2007

    North Central Technical College, Pre-Chiro emphasis - 2014  

    Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA)- Doctor of Chiropractic- February 2019 

    Techniques:

    Background: 

    Dr. Jared was adjusted from day one and grew up living the benefits of Chiropractic care. His father and 4 other family members are chiropractors. He has personally
    experienced how chiropractic can change the lives of many. This led him to the study of chiropractic, so he, too, can guide patients on how to live a more natural, pain-free life.

    Personal Hobbies & Interests: 

    Dr. Jared is married to Erin and together have 2 wonderful children.  As a family, they try to spend as much time outside as possible. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping, and many other
    activities that keep them moving. On rainy/cold days you can find them playing board games or relaxing with a classic show. 



  • Dr. Tayla Lochner D.C.

    University of Wisconsin-Platteville - Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2021
    Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA) - Doctor of Chiropractic in 2023

    Palmer-package: Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Impulse Adjuster techniques to spinal and extremity regions; Therapeutic modalities (electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice, etc.); Active/passive physiotherapy (exercises, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, etc.)

    Background:

    Dr. Tayla has loved the older population since she was born. She knew she wanted to help people stay mobile and active as long as they could into their older years which is where she found the love for chiropractic. A Baraboo native, Dr. Tayla grew up as an athlete and played women's college soccer at UW-Platteville.  

    Personal Mission: 

    'My personal mission is to truly be there for my patients and help them live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I want to help people to understand their bodies and learn how to heal on their own with the help of chiropractic'.

    Personal Hobbies & Interests: 

    Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Tayla loves to be with her family and friends. She enjoys boating, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, skiing, hiking, biking, travel, etc. She also loves supporting the Badgers and Packers, listening to live music, and meeting new people.
