Palmer-package: Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Impulse Adjuster techniques to spinal and extremity adjusting; Therapeutic modalities (electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cryotherapy, etc.); Active/passive physiotherapy (exercises, stretching, soft tissue mobilization, etc.)
Background:
Growing up in a medically-based family, Dr. Jason felt driven to pursue the health field. After suffering a significant shoulder injury playing college baseball, Dr. Jason had reconstructive surgery and comprehensive rehabilitation, which led to the introduction of chiropractic care.
Personal Mission:
'The many options patients have to approaching their own healthcare and treatment of conditions and ailments are infinite. My mission is to help as many people as I can by empowering them to confidently choose the strategies that most resonate with them to achieve their health goals in a timely, affordable, structured, and abundantly effective ways. And, hey, why can't we have some fun in the process?'
Personal Hobbies & Interests:
Dr. Jason is married to Torie and together, they have 3 children. The couple takes pride in helping them experience the world in an active, healthy, athletic, and energetic way. He also enjoys home projects, golfing, movies, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Background:
Dr. Tayla has loved the older population since she was born. She knew she wanted to help people stay mobile and active as long as they could into their older years which is where she found the love for chiropractic. A Baraboo native, Dr. Tayla grew up as an athlete and played women's college soccer at UW-Platteville.
Personal Mission:
'My personal mission is to truly be there for my patients and help them live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I want to help people to understand their bodies and learn how to heal on their own with the help of chiropractic'.
Personal Hobbies & Interests:
Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Tayla loves to be with her family and friends. She enjoys boating, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, skiing, hiking, biking, travel, etc. She also loves supporting the Badgers and Packers, listening to live music, and meeting new people.
